| Introduction of the Center: |
The Company has been working closely with the Highway Research Institute of China Ministry of Communications, the Tongji University in Shanghai, the Changan University in Xi’an, the Science&Technology Institute of South China in Guangzhou, and others, and has established this New Material R&D Center, which covers over 2,000 square meters in area. The Center is fully equipped to perform all standardized and provisional tests developed under SHRP, as well as all Chinese national standard tests for bitumen, polymer modified asphalt, modified emulsified asphalt, Superpave and asphalt mixture, etc. It has been operating well for product design, for product tests and analysis, as well as for research and experiments of modified asphalt technology and further new road materials, to ensure the best quality of the products and that the latest available technologies are included in the Company’s products and technical services.

| The Center is staffed with a number of highly experienced scientists and engineers with advanced degrees, conducting research and development work in the filed of modified asphalt technology, and is further supported by senior technical consultants from both China and abroad. |
