The Company is using the latest generation of polymer modified binder production equipment. At present, the Company owns 30 mobile blending systems with an hourly production capacity ranging from 6 tons to 40 tons with safe and stable operation; its current annual production capacity is about 1,000,000 tons and with maximum production volume of nearly 1,000 tons/per day for our new blending unit.

A. Equipped with precise high-shear homogenizer or colloid mill with adjustment of gaps for more efficient shears.
B. A comprehensively precise and all automatic device is used for measurement for bitumen and modifiers for its flow quantity, volume and makes high quality products and easy to use.
C. All types of polymers can be used as modifiers for production of modified asphalt with the equipment.
D. The equipment is operated safely and smoothly, with an engineer in charge to take care of its operation and maintenance.
E. All tanks of finished products are equipped with their own heating and blending systems, for stable storage and transportation of the asphalt products. |
